Only $150 per month

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm

Select a desk when you arrive, and take your belongings with you each day so the space can be cleaned effectively. Monthly membership; cancel anytime.

Amenities include:

  • High-speed WiFi

  • Business address: limited mail and small package service

  • access to Business-class printer/scanner/copier, .25 per page

  • bookable meeting room with white erase board, pin boards, smart tv with video conference capabilities, 2 free hours of meeting room time per month for members during regular business hours; $30 per additional hour for members

  • Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and an elkay water bottle filling station

  • Opportunity to rent large coworking space for professional gatherings: sound system, projector, microphones, tables, chairs, podium, 55” tv

Covid-19 considerations

If the Covid-19 pandemic worsens, and Hatch 41 is required by the City or State to pause operations, Hatch 41 will pause your membership and membership fees until the building is permitted to reopen. 

a mask is required for all non-vaccinated members and visitors.

Masks, hand sanitizing stations, and disinfectant wipes are available. 

Hatch 41 is well-primed for wellness: 

  • HVAC fans run constantly, 4 air exchanges per hour

  • limited member numbers to ensure ample space

  • professional deep cleaning
